**Your new role**
The role of the Training Consultant will be to deliver training to dealers (virtual or F2F), maintain records of learning, identify training improvement opportunities and conduct continuous improvement activities. Day to day responsibilities include:

- Facilitation (remote or onsite) of training content to new and existing users
- Manage course content and material in both traditional and digital formats
- Assessment of user competency and training evaluation
- Reporting on training outcomes and escalation of training-related issues
- Co-ordinate courses and course material for facilitation
- Identify learning improvement opportunities
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of training material
- Daily training administrative duties
- Identifying process improvement opportunities
- Participation in team meetings and contribution to ongoing improvement activities
- Completion of time sheets daily
- Tasks as required from time to time

**What you'll need to succeed**

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 is desirable.
