As a Sourcing Partner, you will play a critical part in strengthening our talent acquisition function by providing dedicated sourcing capability and administrative support to our Talent Acquisition Partners.

This role is central to the delivery of proactive candidate sourcing strategies across a range of functions and roles, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent aligned to current and future workforce needs. You will leverage innovative tools, talent platforms and direct sourcing techniques to identify, engage and qualify high-potential candidates, while also maintaining a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, this role represents an exciting opportunity to develop deep sourcing expertise while supporting the evolution of a high-performing talent function.

This will be a full time, 12-month contract based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist with sourcing activities to meet recruitment needs across the business, following direction from the Talent Acquisition team and supporting workforce plans.
  • Provide administrative and process support to help improve efficiency in sourcing activities, including scheduling, tracking and maintaining candidate information.
  • Use available tools and market information to help identify potential candidates and share insights with Talent Acquisition Partners when required.
  • Contribute to building and maintaining talent pools by supporting outreach and engagement efforts, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support recruitment campaigns by assisting with high-volume sourcing tasks, database management and advertising across multiple platforms.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand job requirements, candidate profiles and timelines, ensuring sourcing activities align with expectations.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment, ideally within an in-house Talent Acquisition or RPO environment.
  • Previous experience using proactive recruitment sourcing tools and platforms such as Seek Talent Search or LinkedIn Recruiter (desirable but not mandatory).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the employer brand professionally to candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly in managing sourcing pipelines, data entry, and recruitment administration tasks.
  • Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
