The primary objective of this Procurement Specialist role is to execute the indirect procurement strategy across multiple non-property categories.

About The Role

Key responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, conducting market analysis, benchmarking and cost modelling. Manage end-to-end RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier contracts with a focus on operational excellence through procurement systems, automation and continuous improvement.

Deliver high-quality procurement analytics and reporting on spend, savings, KPIs and supplier risk to support informed business decisions. Partner with stakeholders to embed procurement best practice, policies and processes throughout the organization.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Analytics or related field
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in indirect procurement or commercial sourcing, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power BI or similar tools
  • Experience with e-Procurement platforms (e.g. Coupa, Zycus, Tenderlinks, Global Rapid)
