Strategic Sourcing Manager Role

This is a key position in the Procurement team, focused on marketing. As Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping sourcing strategies that drive impact across APAC.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective solutions. This requires strong relationship-building skills, adaptability, and the ability to balance multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of procurement and/or strategic sourcing experience. A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent practical experience) is required. Experience in marketing procurement or sourcing, with knowledge of marketing vendors, strategies, and industry trends is highly desirable.

  • Lead insourcing and outsourcing initiatives to support our APAC procurement strategy.
  • Own sourcing and supplier management for large category groups and multiple sub-categories.
  • Partner with procurement and cross-functional leaders to design and implement category strategies that align with goals.
