Talent Sourcing Strategist

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support opportunities across our financial services group. You will work closely with Resourcing Specialists, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to shape sourcing strategies, build high-quality talent pipelines, and contribute to broader recruitment campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactive sourcing of candidates using professional networks and job boards
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor movements to inform sourcing strategies
  • Designing and delivering tailored sourcing campaigns to attract top talent for high-priority roles
  • Partnering with Resourcing Partners and hiring managers to manage sourcing requirements and candidate experience
