**Job Description:**

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a pivotal role in the recruitment lifecycle, guiding hiring managers through the requisition approval process and collaborating with cross-functional teams to find top talent. This individual is responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified applicants, conducting job intake meetings, and ensuring candidates have a comprehensive understanding of job responsibilities and expectations.

Key duties include providing support to the Talent Acquisition team, researching and analyzing findings, coaching and reviewing the work of other team members, and maintaining current job opportunities on the company intranet, website, and various job boards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable work areas, including sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening, with the ability to interact effectively with multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
