We're on the lookout for a Senior Hazard and Critical Risk Management Specialist to join us in a new permanent opportunity. Your Role in Action

  • Be the trusted expert in identifying and managing high-impact hazards - help shape a safer future through critical risk leadership.
  • Lead structured risk assessments that uncover fatal exposures, guide methodology selection, and ensure alignment with WHS legislation and internal standards.
  • Design and define risk-aligned critical controls that are practical, effective, and adaptable across varied and complex operational settings.
  • Coach and support leaders in executing critical control verification - tailor activities by role and analyse outcomes to drive continuous safety improvement.
  • Track and interpret hazard, incident, and risk data to detect trends early and guide proactive, preventative interventions.
  • Champion consistency and discipline in safety-critical tasks, embedding strong operating standards and visible safety leadership across teams.
  • Be a catalyst for cultural change -influence how people think about and act on risk to prevent serious harm and save lives.

  • Experienced in fast-paced, collaborative environments - using feedback and iteration to drive continuous improvement.
