About The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients within the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Renewable Energy sectors. The role involves negotiating, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies and business plans each financial year in collaboration with Qube operational teams to meet group targets and goals.
  • Promote the Qube brand to clients within the portfolio.
  • Prepare sales and business reports as required by management.
  • Lead contract negotiations with customers.
  • Manage and coordinate with customers on all contract-related issues.

Position Impact

  • Develop and maintain key client relationships.
  • Manage contract renewals.
  • Enhance revenue and EBIT.
  • Develop and promote the Qube brand.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years in commercial or operations roles, focusing on Oil & Gas, Mining, or Renewable Energy sectors.
  • Teritary qualifications in warehousing, logistics, business, or related disciplines are highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management within the relevant industries.
  • Experience in achieving results through quality management and continuous improvement.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable to a demanding environment.
  • Team-oriented with good collaboration skills.
