YNA Victoria provides nursing, midwifery, careworker & support service staff to private clients, community & in-home programs, government agencies, hospitals, health & aged care facilities throughout Melbourne.

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team in South Melbourne. The role requires flexibility to work between 3–5 shifts per week. Shifts are rostered for 8 hours between 4:45 AM & 11:00 PM, seven days a week. You will be working exclusively onsite from our office in South Melbourne.

About the Role:

Our Allocation Consultants are required to communicate with our on-hire staff & our clients to deliver the best service possible.

Typical Day:

  • Taking client requests professionally & efficiently
  • Processing client bookings, monitoring shift changes & updating staff availability
  • Maintaining communication with staff & clients & problem solving, as required

Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to follow structured procedures & high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, think laterally & problem solve
  • Friendly, vibrant & outgoing team player
  • Focus & desire to continuously improve
