Claims Consultant
The Role We have an exciting Permanent Full-time opportunity with an opportunity to become hybrid for a Claims Consultant to join our Swann Insurance claims team located in the Melbourne CBD. In this position you will be responsible for managing the end to end life cycle for motorcycle claims, handling inbound customer queries, liaising with key stakeholders and processing claims in accordance to company polices. This position will require you to utilise your excellent communication, negotiation and time management skills while also displaying empathy to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective management of work allocation in accordance with set established Service Standards
- Maintain and support relationships with customers including, internal and external providers
Skills and experience:
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication; as well as exceptional customer service
- The capacity to efficiently manage your time and multitask
- Ability to take ownership of your work in a high-pressure environment
- Relevant industry experience is desired but not essential
