**Your new role**
In this role you will be responsible for effectively managing and maximising negotiated complex Recovery/Settlement opportunities. Pursue opportunities to drive cost containment that ensure a commercially beneficial outcome for the organization whilst balancing our legislative/compliance requirements.
- Effectively negotiating complex settlement/recovery opportunities through written and verbal representations on behalf of the company; by engaging with relevant stakeholders to achieve commercial outcomes in line with KPI’s.
- Liaise with a range of internal and external stakeholders including partnered organisations to ensure risk/exposure is mitigated and appropriate business and customer outcomes are achieved.
- Ensure effective management of work allocation in accordance with set established Service Standards (SLA).
- Effectively manage resolution and customer management where points of contention and/or conflict arise.

- Tech savvy with the ability to adapt to new computer systems
