Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and supervise a designated area or functions within the store, in support of driving sales to meet budgets, create a positive customer experience and profitable sales growth.
  • Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver quality, profitable sales according to an established budget.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to answer queries.
  • Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a quality standard.
  • Monitor and assist with the web orders that come through to store, including picking, packing and organizing delivery in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all sales activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on Consumer Law and Safety.

  • Customer Focus - Does everything through eyes of the customer.
  • Drives Results - Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances.
