Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead and drive our sales team to achieve monthly targets and develop strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and engaging high-performing teams, with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

  • Lead and drive the sales team to achieve monthly targets and develop strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service quality, product knowledge, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and coach the team to deliver high-performing results, with a focus on developing their skills and capabilities.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to develop long-term goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
  • Ensure that the team maintains high levels of performance through daily KPI goal setting and regular feedback.
  • Support the sales manager to drive business growth, leveraging data insights to inform decision-making and drive results.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to develop and coach high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional customer engagement skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service quality and product knowledge.
