About the role

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join their high-performing team, based in their Melbourne office. This full-time opportunity will provide dedicated and strategic support to a member of the Executive Leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll be doing

Manage and prioritise the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.

Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, briefing notes and documentation as required.

Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive professionally at all times.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed.

Assist in coordinating high-level projects, team events, and executive initiatives.

Organise catering and manage logistics for meetings and events.

Job Description
What we\'re looking for

A career-focused Executive Assistant with proven experience supporting senior leaders (this role is not suited to an emerging EA).

Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies - a technical background is highly desirable.

Comfortable working from the office five days per week.

Exceptional organisational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and other EA\'s.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Discretion, sound judgment and a solutions-focused mindset.
