In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead the local execution of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is central to coordinating all operational aspects, from project planning and engineering to procurement, logistics, and quality control. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and data integrity, supporting complex project schedules, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. Lead the implementation of continuous improvements for the project execution strategy within local Project Operations.
Participates in sales and operations planning with other members of the local Division/Product Group Management team
Ensure document handling of all Client, ABB, and Sub-supplier documents aligns with local procedures and project-specific requirements.
Monitor project progress, analyze critical paths, and provide input to optimize resources and meet milestones.
Coach and lead Project Execution teams to achieve business objectives and manage project risks effectively.

Qualifications for the Role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project execution or operations management within industrial or engineering environments.
Proficiency in SAP, project control systems, and document management tools.
Strong understanding of HSE regulations and quality standards.
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
