Since 1998, we have grown from a small player in the lifting industry to a premier supplier of the largest infrastructure projects in the country. We have our people to thank for that and of course our loyal clients.
While the Ranger of today looks a little different from our early days, the three most important things have remained the same:

You can Google our business to find out what we do. Essentially, we supply, hire, test, certify, and inspect lifting and height safety equipment to a variety of industries across Australia. We provide specialist lifting, planning, design, and engineering services too.
We're an innovative company and we're always on the hunt for good people. People with great ideas, initiative, enthusiasm, and people who want to find a better way to do things.
Our business has grown significantly in the last few years, and we're expanding our Melbourne branch. We're currently fitting out our facility and are on the hunt for a gun sales rep who can help us make our mark in the region.
It's an exciting time for the business. We're busier than we've ever been, with a range of new products and services launched.
We can call you a BDM, Technical Sales Specialist or Sales Rep but what's most important is that you're a Hunter.
Geared up with brand new sales materials, merch, and technical resources, you'll be on the road growing some existing major accounts as well as hunting for new opportunities and prospects.
You'll be growing our business by helping customers grow theirs. You'll get to know their people, understand the challenges they face, and the environment in which they operate. You'll get across the line because you've solved a problem, saved them money, or provided a safer, more efficient alternative lifting solution.
You'll be the type of people person we all want to be – you easily make new friends, are comfortable in a room of strangers, and can talk underwater. Building relationships will be easy and identifying the key decision-makers will be second nature. You'll need to be able to work autonomously.
But as the saying goes, teamwork makes the dream work, and you'll need to focus on working collaboratively with our local and national sales and operations teams.
While we'd love someone with industry experience, the reality is that we're in a bit of a niche industry and so that's not always possible. It'd be great if you've worked in a similar industry and have skills/knowledge that are transferable. If not, you'll need to learn fast, be willing to take advice, and put your hand up to ask questions.
You'll be supported by a business that has your back, wants you to grow, and is willing to invest in your ideas. In a fast-growing business, the potential for growth is unmatched.
