Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Repair Centre Manager located in Bentleigh East, VIC. The Repair Centre Manager will oversee the daily operations of the repair centre, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include managing repair processes, coordinating with technicians, maintaining high customer service standards, and ensuring timely completion of repairs. The role also entails monitoring inventory, managing budgets, and facilitating communication between staff and customers.

Role responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Organise team and workflow through production
  • Ensure quality repair is completed to scope within time frame
  • Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity
  • Check repair is completed correctly at each stage of repair and complete final sign off of QA
  • Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of repair processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and inventory.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in the automotive repair industry.
