
Repair Centre Leader

We are seeking a skilled leader to manage one of our high-volume repair centres, driving exceptional performance outcomes and achieving quality standards and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a similar site leadership position and possess excellent people management skills, strong customer service, and trade qualifications in Panel Beating or Spray Painting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-volume repair centre team, fostering a supportive environment and promoting strong customer service skills.
- Manage a team to drive business growth and achieve exceptional performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve quality standards.
- Proven experience in managing a similar site leadership position.
- Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting advantageous.
- Excellent people management skills and strong customer service.
- Australian working rights and valid driver's license.
