The Role: Repair Centre Manager – Victoria Are you ready to take the wheel and lead with impact? We're seeking motivated Repair Centre Managers to lead our AMA Collision teams across Victoria .
In this key leadership role, you'll report to the State Area Manager and oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and foster a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

What You'll Bring: Minimum 2 years of management experience in the automotive industry.
A trade qualification (Panel Beater, Spray Painter, or related field).
A results-driven mindset with a focus on performance and outcomes.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
