Are you currently a Production Manager looking to take the next step in your career? This is your opportunity to progress into a Repair Centre Manager role at our Thomastown site — a small but busy workshop with a close-knit team of 12–15 direct reports.

This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone ready to take ownership of operations, drive performance, and foster a strong team culture. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day workflow, ensuring quality standards, and supporting your team's development in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing daily operations of a high-volume accident repair centre
  • Ensuring exceptional quality standards and a seamless customer experience
  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of technicians and support staff
  • Managing workflows, stock, and performance KPIs
  • Driving operational improvements and delivering strong business results
