The Opportunity

Are you ready to take the wheel and steer success? We are searching for motivated Repair Centre Managers to lead our AMA Collision teams in Victoria. Reporting to the State Area Manager, you will inspire your team, ensure smooth operations, and create a positive, high-performing environment.

Does this sound like you?

  • At least 2 years of experience in a management role within the automotive industry.
  • Trade qualification as a Panel Beater, Spray Painter, or a related automotive role.
  • Strong motivation and a results-driven mindset to consistently exceed targets.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and effective people management skills.
  • Full Australian work rights are required.
  • Commitment to making safety the top priority for yourself, colleagues, and customers
