We are a full service media agency based in Perth with a long standing reputation for delivering high performing campaigns for some of Australia's most recognisable brands. With growth across our client portfolio we are looking for a Media Investment Manager to take ownership of planning and trading across both offline and digital channels. If you have strong commercial acumen a collaborative mindset and experience in media strategy investment and execution this is your chance to make a real impact in a thriving and supportive agency culture.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...

As Media Investment Manager you will lead the end to end media planning and buying process across a wide range of offline and digital channels including TV OOH Radio Display Video and Social. You will collaborate closely with strategy account and channel teams to ensure investment decisions are aligned with broader business goals and deliver measurable outcomes. Your role will involve leading client conversations around budgets performance and optimisation as well as negotiating with media partners to drive value and innovation. You will also support junior team members and contribute to the agency's growth and best practices in media trading.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?...

• At least 3 years of experience in a media planning and buying role within an agency environment
• Strong knowledge across both offline and digital media channels including TV OOH Radio Display and Social
• Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills
• Commercial mindset with a passion for campaign effectiveness and efficiency
• A team player attitude with a strong desire to contribute to agency culture and client success
