We're looking for a talentedSocial Media & Digital Marketing Assistantto join our growing team and help lead our digital presence as we continue to evolve and expand.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of content style. From personal brand storytelling to podcast promotion, digital ads, newsletters, website updates, and more, all within a dynamic and supportive environment.

About The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging digital content across our channels, with a strong focus on design, trends, and best practice. You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing and wider team, while also taking ownership of certain projects and campaigns yourself.

This role suits someone who is not only creative but also strategic, organised, and confident in managing multiple platforms and content streams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow our social media channels with creative, consistent, and high-quality content.
Design and publish engaging visual assets across multiple formats (static, video etc).
Assist in the planning and execution of digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager).
Edit and produce video content for social media, podcasts, and other platforms.
Stay on top of industry trends and implement best-practice strategies.
Coordinate newsletters, email campaigns, and website updates.
Analyse performance and provide insights for improvement.

Skills & Experience:

Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Proven experience managing and creating content for social media channels.
Understanding of social media strategy, trends, and audience engagement.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Highly Regarded:

Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns.
Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Experience creating content for podcasts and personal branding.
