About the Role The Media and Marketing Officer at Aegis Health is responsible for managing marketing campaigns, media relations, and digital channels to support the organisation's strategic goals.
The role focuses on shaping public image and engagement, requiring strong storytelling, healthcare communications expertise, digital marketing skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
Role Objectives The Media and Marketing Officer at Aegis Health assists with strategic marketing efforts to enhance brand reputation, increase patient and stakeholder engagement, and support service growth.
Key responsibilities include brand management, media relations, digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution, stakeholder liaison.
The role also contributes to event planning and ensures consumer interactions align with Aegis Health's values.
Requirements of the Role Essential Qualifications and Experience:· Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.· Experience in a similar marketing or communications role, ideally within healthcare or a regulated industry.·· Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.· Proven ability to manage media relations.· Experience in event management from planning to execution· Solid understanding of social media and website management.· Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.· High level of interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
Desirable· Experience in healthcare sector.· Advanced skills with content creation and management software.
Pre-employment Validations· Verification of eligibility to work in Australia.· Identification check validation.· Police check clearance.· Working with Children (WWC) check.
