Overview

This is a key support role within our warehouse and cold storage operations, providing essential administrative assistance to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics administration, but we're equally open to candidates who are quick learners with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative support within warehouse/cold store operations
  • Accurate data entry and system updates
  • Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams
  • Monitoring and maintaining documentation for stock movements and dispatch
  • Assisting with compliance, reporting, and general admin tasks
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in logistics administration or similar (preferred)
  • Quick learner with the ability to pick up new systems efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Reliable, punctual, and a self-starter
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
