With a dynamic fixed wing fleet featuring 5 turbine-powered aircraft and 7 piston powered aircraft, we are the forefront of specialised aviation aerial services in Australia.

We are currently seeking a self-driven, task oriented 'Part Time / 20 hours per week' Aviation Operations Assistant to apply and become a part of our Fixed Wing Operations team based in Archerfield, QLD. Seeking a dynamic and progressive team player who thrives on challenges, excels in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.

What Will I Be Doing?

Reporting directly to the Fixed Wing Head of Flying Operations, you will be supporting the HOFO by:

• Coordinating fixed wing pilot rosters
• Maintaining the asset management system and its processes
• Performing administrative duties, such as: MS Word and Excel document formatting, data entry, creating reports and ordering of flight operations supply needs.
• Performing internal quality control activities
• Coordinating regulatory training and compliance needs for fixed wing pilots
• Adhering to pilot operations processes and procedures
• Supporting continuous improvement in pilot operations.

• Previous rostering experience - Desired
• Intermediate MS Office skills – Outlook, Word and Excel (formatting Word documents, creating Word/Excel reports) - Essential
• Excellent time management and organisational skills along with, high attention to detail and accuracy in your work - Essential
• Sound written and verbal communication skills - Essential
• Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement - Essential
• Are reliable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and autonomously towards a common goal, and to agreed deadlines - Essential
• Full, unrestricted working rights for Australia - Essential
• Ability to pass random and routine drug and alcohol screening for employment purposes – Essential
• Willingness to learn.
