Conveyancer (In-House) Permanent

A Property Development and Investment business is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their team in Hornsby Shire.
Key Responsibilities- Manage conveyancing matters end-to-end from instruction to settlement
- Prepare contracts of sale, vendor's statements and transfer documents
- Coordinate with agents, financiers, legal representatives and other stakeholders
- Correspondence related to settlements
- Calculate settlement figures and coordinate electronic settlements via PEXA
- Maintain trust receipt records and manage trust-related transactions
- Use Microsoft Excel for file tracking, calculations, and reporting
- 3 years' experience as a conveyancer
- Proficiency with using PEXA
- Ability to handle a high volume of conveyancing matters
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working autonomously or as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent salary package
