A1 Earthworx is currently seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join their already highly successful, results driven team based in Wellington, NSW.

With a strong reputation, based around a team of dedicated professionals, A1 Earthworx has experienced exponential growth. As the Engineer, report directly to the Project Manager, you will supervise employees on the project whilst keeping people safe whilst delivering project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Project Manager to ensure the safe delivery of projects on time and under budget
  • Liaise with all project stakeholders
  • Resource and labour management
  • Planning and programming
  • Sub-contractor Management
  • Safety, Quality and Environmental Management

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 5-10 yrs experience in Bulk Earthworks / Roads / Dams
  • Engineering degree or similar
  • Support PM with managing the optimisation of labour and resources with the support of HR and Plant Administration teams
  • Previous exposure to budgets, cost control and forecasting to assist PM
  • Have the ability to communicate and coordinate with all key stakeholders, internal and external
  • Action and support with reports as required – daily, weekly, EOM including progress variations
  • Must be able to demonstrate previous compliance with past project requirements including OH&S, legal, environmental and all other policies and procedures
  • Be proficient in Microsoft suite applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Projects etc)
  • Experience in Sharepoint
  • Focus and commitment to a zero-harm environment
  • Drivers Licence and White Card
