Senior Commercial Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished commercial professional to spearhead our company's commercial function. As a senior commercial lead, you will drive financial performance and strategic growth by developing and executing commercial strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies that support business objectives.
  • Identifying opportunities to expand revenue streams and enhance profitability.
  • Managing contracts, negotiations, and supplier relationships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and commercial reporting to inform business decisions.
  • Maintaining compliance with legal and contractual requirements to minimize risk.
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing commercial team to achieve excellence in commercial management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction or a related industry.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • A strong background in quantity surveying and cost management, including experience with various contract types and fiscal project management.
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with JDE systems and a deep understanding of commercial operations.
