We're growing our team at Gold Coast Airport and are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver a great customer experience.About the RoleAs Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the restaurant.
Your duties will include:Leading, motivating and developing a team to deliver exceptional serviceManaging rostering, payroll input, and labour costs in line with budgetsOverseeing stock control, ordering, and supplier managementEnsuring food safety, workplace health & safety, and compliance standards are metDriving sales, managing costs and delivering strong financial resultsHandling customer feedback and ensuring a positive dining experienceSupporting recruitment, onboarding and training of new team membersMaintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment at all timesBe part of a fun and supportive team environmentGreat training and development opportunitiesStaff discounts and airport location benefitsA workplace that values teamwork, quality and customer serviceWhat We're Looking ForA positive, energetic and hands-on attitudeStrong leadership and people management skillsAbility to work across weekdays, weekends and peak travel timesPrevious management experience in hospitality or quick service restaurantsIf you're passionate about food, love working in a fast-paced team and want to grow your career, we'd love to hear from you
