This role will suit someone who enjoys combining their technical system skills with a passion for safety and compliance. You'll support our teams across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring our HSE systems are accurate, effective, and easy to use.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Administer and maintain our HSE systems (incident reporting, risk management, compliance registers).
  • Provide first-line support and training to system users across the business.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to help leaders make informed decisions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with HSE requirements.
  • Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience working with HSE systems and/or system administration.
  • Strong IT and data management skills (Excel and reporting tools).
  • Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to support and train others.
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
