Key Leadership Role: Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead our café team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a dynamic leadership role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

This position involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that all aspects of food and beverage service meet our high standards. You will work closely with our Food and Beverage Manager to achieve operational goals and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily Floor Operations: Coordinate daily floor operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
  • Staff Management: Supervise, train, and support Food and Beverage Attendants to perform at their best.
  • Kitchen Support: Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver consistent quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Build a strong knowledge of our food and beverage offerings to confidently promote them to guests.
  • Communication: Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to achieve operational and service goals.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 12+ months in a supervisory role within hospitality.
  • Industry Knowledge: Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant, cafe or hotel environment.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Personal Qualities: A proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
  • Self-Motivation: Strong self-motivation and the confidence to lead a team.
  • Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar (advantageous but not essential).
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings.
