Sustainability Sales & Partnerships Lead
Full-time | Hybrid (Sydney-based) | Compensation: Base salary + uncapped commission structure + employee options package
NoviqTech (ASX: NVQ) builds digital tools that make sustainability traceable, verifiable, and scalable. Our flagship platform, Carbon Central, is used by companies across biofuels, hydrogen, resource recovery, and manufacturing to measure emissions, automate reporting, and prove sustainability performance to clients and regulators.
We work directly with clean fuel producers, recyclers, and industrial teams, helping them put sustainability data into practice.
The Role
We're looking for a sales driven professional who's keen to take ownership of growth. This is a hands-on sales role where you'll connect with people building the future of sustainability, across sectors like SAF, hydrogen, recycling, and carbon markets. You'll be responsible for prospecting, running meetings, preparing proposals, and closing deals. It's a great fit for someone curious about sustainability, and motivated by sales results.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify potential clients and partners in climate-relevant sectors.
- Run sales outreach and discovery calls.
- Prepare proposals that clearly show business value.
- Manage and track your pipeline in our CRM.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with the support of our leadership team.
- Attend events, roundtables, and webinars to grow our network and learn alongside us.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years in B2B software sales.
- Confidence in building relationships and communicating with decision-makers.
- A track record of meeting sales targets or growing accounts.
- Strong organisation skills and CRM discipline.
- An interest in sustainability and willingness to learn about industry specifics.
Bonus Points For
- Previous experience in sustainability, clean fuels, or supply chains.
- Familiarity with carbon reporting, ESG, or traceability tools.
- Experience building early sales pipelines in a startup environment.
