OverviewMy client is seeking a highly motivated and professional Receptionist to join the team on a full-time, three-month contract basis in the CBD. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls and address staff inquiries
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees
- Support a fast-paced reception area with a customer service focus
- Provide a welcoming and professional first impression for visitors and clients
- Proven experience in a corporate reception or administrative role
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organisational skills and a detail-oriented approach to tasks
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a busy reception environment
- Initiative and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting
- Experience arranging events, catering, and conference rooms
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant reception or administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Must be available to work in-office five days a week
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Teams
- Understanding of facility/property compliance requirements within an administrative environment
- Proactive approach to tasks and ability to anticipate needs of workforce and visitors
- Knowledge of health and safety compliance in a corporate setting
- Familiarity with Workplace Support and Concierge services
- Experience with invoice processing and purchase orders
