About you:

You bring proven experience in bids, tenders, and proposal coordination, ideally within the cleaning, security or construction industry. Your exceptional written communication skills allow you to translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive content that resonates with your audience. Highly organised and detail-oriented, you thrive in managing multiple submissions and deadlines simultaneously. A confident communicator and natural collaborator, you approach every task with a proactive, can-do attitude and an enthusiastic, team-first mindset.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a central register of qualified bids and ensure all documentation is accurately controlled.
  • Manage the end-to-end bid production process, including physical outputs and internal review coordination.
  • Liaise with clients to align tender documentation with expectations and assist with customer-facing materials.
  • Develop and maintain a tender library and market intelligence content for reuse in future bids.
  • Produce weekly executive-level tender reports and support compliance with statutory and internal procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement of bid processes, tools, and best practices across business divisions.
