    Job Description
    • Identify, develop and capitalise on new business opportunities
    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
    • Develop strategic plans to enhance market share
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
    • Achieve sales targets and objectives
    • Provide regular updates to management on business development activities
    • Uphold the organisation's standards and values in all business dealings

    A Successful Business Development Manager Should Have
    • Proven business development experience within the Oil & Gas sector
