We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales / Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. This is a key role in the business, responsible for identifying and securing new project opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.

As a Sales / Business Development Manager, you'll work closely with both our clients and internal teams, engaging across multiple industries and helping us to continue delivering innovative fitout solutions.

As the Sales / Business Development Manager at LKD Fitouts, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expanding our presence in the Perth commercial fitout market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and leading the tendering and estimating process to secure high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across hospitality, retail, medical, and office sectors

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery

Provide hands-on leadership throughout the tender and estimating process to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive proposals

Collaborate with internal teams including project managers and estimators to ensure smooth project handover and successful client outcomes

Identify risks and opportunities within each tender, documenting and quantifying their potential impact on the proposal

Represent LKD Fitouts at industry events, client meetings, and networking functions to enhance brand presence and establish valuable connections

Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the construction, fitout, or commercial building industry

Strong knowledge of the Perth market with a demonstrated track record of securing and delivering successful projects

Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Strong analytical and commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and market trends into actionable strategies

Effective collaborator with the ability to foster and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders

A strong existing network within the Perth commercial construction sector will be highly regarded
