We are looking for a Full-Time Business Development Manager, who thrives in fast-paced environments, embraces hands-on challenges and is eager to shape the future of Baseline's integrated services.
About The Role The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing sales.
The role has a strong sales focus and involves regular travel to regional areas to engage with prospective and existing clients, build brand awareness, and expand market reach.
What You'll Be Doing Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in metro and regional areas.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct site visits and attend meetings with clients across regional areas.
Provide tailored solutions based on client needs and feedback.
Research and identify emerging markets, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking functions.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and market conditions.
Contribute to sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
What You Bring: Proven experience in B2 B sales or business development (minimum 3 years).
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to regional areas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
Valid driver's license.
