About Your New Role

As an Account Manager, you'll bring your insurance expertise to a supportive, close-knit team. You'll manage and grow a portfolio of clients, deliver expert advice, build strong relationships, and mentor junior staff as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Broking and managing commercial accounts
  • Providing tailored solutions to clients and liaising with insurers
  • Processing general insurance products and ensuring compliance
  • Building and maintaining a portfolio of clients
  • Mentoring junior staff working within your portfolio
Who We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced insurance professional who understands the broking world and can make a real impact. A Tier 1 or Diploma qualification is preferred, but practical knowledge of commercial insurance is essential. You should value client care and be committed to honest, transparent, and compliant advice, building lasting relationships.

Ideal candidates will bring energy and initiative, be comfortable taking ownership of outcomes, value teamwork, and be motivated by contributing to a growing, future-focused brokerage.
