Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? ALPA is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to take charge of the administration and coordination of our growing vehicle fleet - supporting 26 remote sites across the Northern Territory and Far North Queensland.
This is a highly administrative role where your ability to juggle schedules, manage service records, and coordinate repairs will be key to ensuring our teams on the ground stay mobile and supported.

What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinating regular servicing and maintenance of ALPA's vehicle fleet
- Managing bookings, service records, and repair schedules
- Liaising with mechanics, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely repairs
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records
- Supporting remote teams with vehicle-related queries and logistics
- Working closely with the Safety, Fleet and Facilities team to ensure operational continuity

What You'll Be Doing

- Solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in fleet coordination or a similar admin-heavy role is highly desirable
