About the Role

As a Fleet Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently managing Northline's PUD Fleet and delivering high levels of service to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced and dynamic Fleet team in Darwin. You will have a customer-centric approach to problem-solving, excellent planning and time management skills, and experience in Transport & Logistics or a scheduling role.

The ideal candidate will also possess resilience, adaptability, and the ability to multitask, as well as an understanding of Load Restraint Guidelines, Dangerous Goods and Fatigue Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Northline's PUD Fleet to deliver high levels of service to our customers
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of fleet activities
  • Collaborate with the Fleet team to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Transport & Logistics or a scheduling role
  • Excellent planning and time management skills
  • Customer-centric approach to problem-solving
  • Resilience, adaptability, and ability to multitask
  • Understanding of Load Restraint Guidelines, Dangerous Goods and Fatigue Management
