We're looking for a motivated graduate to join our established team of building surveyors and consultants. You'll work alongside experienced professionals across a wide range of services, including:

· Statutory building surveying services.

· Consultant building surveying services.

· Essential safety measures audits and reports.

· Fire safety audits and reports.

· Performance solutions.

· Due diligence reports.

· Expert witness reports.

The Role

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll gain hands-on experience across both statutory and consultancy work. You'll support the directors and team with:

· Inspection coordination.

· Processing building permit applications.

· Regulatory assessments and BCA compliance reviews.

· Preparing further information reports.

· Issuing building permits.

· Attend mandatory and non-mandatory inspections.

· Preparing and issuing final inspection certificates.

You'll have the chance to develop well-rounded skills while receiving tailored on-the-job training and mentoring.
