The opportunity

We are looking for a proactive Team Coordinator/administrator to join our Newcastle Business Advisory Services team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to advance their skills and career while supporting a busy team

You will be responsible for all administration support including, recording and processing of mail (electronic and hard copy), diary management, maintaining Greatsoft database, co-ordinate travel arrangements, coordinate training and catering for the business unit, preparation of accounting requirements, ASIC annual reviews, preparation and lodgments of ASIC forms, preparation and lodgments of new companies and trusts, process ABN & TFN applications and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.

Ideal Candidate

To be successful in securing this role, you will be collaborative, a great communicator and team orientated. Experience in a professional services environment is an advantage. You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in or developing to a similar role with knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience dealing with the ATO, ASIC and other Government agencies is essential. Opportunity for flexible work environment upon successful passing of the probation period.

Ability to juggle priorities in a strategic and intelligent manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required as the position requires both internal and external interactions. Offering superior level of administrative support and assistance, ensuring adherence to PKF administration standards and procedures; as well as consistently providing top-notch internal and external client service.
