- Support the team with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and updating purchase orders.
- General office administration duties like data entry, answering phones, confirming appointments and meetings, greeting clients.
- Manage daily activities of administration and communication for the team in the office.
- Assist with event coordination and track activities, as well as support in-house legal counsel with their tasks.
The successful candidate will be proactive, possessing high levels of planning, organization, and time management skills. Strong people and communication skills are also essential, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
