About the Role

The Senior Manager, Global Commercial Strategy will work directly with the Global CCO to design, evaluate, and deliver CTM's global commercial strategy portfolio. This role acts as the strategy engine for the CCO, translating high-level commercial priorities into actionable initiatives that drive global growth, stronger supplier partnerships, multinational client success and future innovation.

The role requires a blend of consulting-style problem solving, strong commercial acumen and executive-level communication skills. It is instrumental in driving forward-looking commercial strategies that position CTM as a future-ready travel management company, delivering sustainable growth and innovation on a global scale.

Education and Experience

  • 8+ years' experience in strategy, consulting or senior commercial transformation roles.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver strategies that drive revenue growth and measurable ROI.
  • Experience producing Board-level materials and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
  • Background in travel, technology, fintech, or supplier-side industries desirable.
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred but not essential.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Exceptional problem structuring, financial modelling, and business case development skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen in supplier economics, payments/fintech, distribution, and ESG.
  • Gravitas to influence executives and Boards with clarity and impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to craft compelling strategic narratives.
  • Future-oriented thinker with ability to anticipate market shifts and identify long-term opportunities.
  • Highly collaborative, adept at working across matrix global environments.
