Overview

Head of Key Accounts - Pharmacy at L'Oréal. This role leads growth across one of our key pharmacy accounts, both online and offline.

Responsibilities
  • Create and drive the aspirational long-term growth plan / joint business plan for one of our key pharmacy accounts, online and offline.
  • Build strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders at the customer.
  • Build accurate forecasts and deliver the account results: turnover, market share, profit, etc.
  • Develop a deep understanding of growth levers relevant to the customer with a focus on the shopper; ensure selling is informed by shopper insights to drive results.
  • Drive with impact as a customer leader by collaborating with the multifunctional team and coordinating with marketing, supply chain, finance, and category development.
  • Lead with an achievement-oriented mind-set to coach and mentor the team.
  • Proactively drive growth with an entrepreneurial spirit.
About You
  • You have previous experience with retail strategies and objectives, ideally in the FMCG or retail environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve targets and meet challenging deadlines.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders, internally and externally, to achieve goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and the energy and passion to bring others along the journey.
  • You will have excellent analytical and commercial acumen.
