Key Account Manager - Paediatric Oncology & Rare Disease

We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager - Paediatric Oncology and Rare Disease (ANZ) at Norgine, a company with over a century of healthcare expertise. This role reports to the Head of Commercial - Paediatric Oncology and Rare Disease (ANZ) and aims to achieve defined commercial objectives within the assigned geography.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Promote Norgine's paediatric oncology and rare disease products to healthcare professionals and allied personnel.
  2. Develop business relationships to inform, educate, and support appropriate clinical use of Norgine's therapies.
  3. Implement sales and marketing strategies to meet short-term and long-term goals.
  4. There are two roles: one based in Sydney covering NSW, QLD & ACT, and another in Victoria covering VIC, TAS, SA, WA.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in science, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, business, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of pharmaceutical key account management or sales experience in a specialty care setting.
  3. Experience in oncology, rare, or orphan therapeutic areas.
  4. Strong communication, presentation, and key account management skills.
  5. Understanding of compliance and regulatory environments.
  6. Commercial acumen with B2B experience.
  7. Technical selling skills and proficiency in MS Office 365, Veeva, Salesforce.
  8. Valid Australian driver's license and completion of Medicines Australia CEP program.
