As a Manager you will lead and manage consultation processes with internal and external stakeholders in the development of networked service arrangements. You will provide expert level health service, strategic, system planning advice and direction to Hospital and Health Services (HHSs), Queensland Health Divisions, Queensland Clinical Networks, and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will manage staff and resources to achieve defined project outcomes, including the application of comprehensive project management techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage consultation processes with internal and external stakeholders in the development of networked service arrangements.
  • Provide expert level health service, strategic, system planning advice and direction to HHSs, Queensland Health Divisions, Queensland Clinical Networks, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage staff and resources to achieve defined project outcomes, including applying comprehensive project management techniques.
Role fit
  • Proven ability to lead complex time-critical health service planning and implementation projects, including managing diverse stakeholder groups, and demonstrated high level service design and project management skills.
  • Proven high level ability to source, critically analyse and interpret both qualitative and quantitative information to underpin the development of statewide, regional and service level planning.
  • High level knowledge of health priority areas, how health services operate, and key health service issues.
