We are excited to be opening a new general practice in Melbourne's vibrant inner east and are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to help bring it to life. This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of something new, while having the support of an established network of clinics and a dedicated leadership team.

The Role

As Practice Manager, you'll play a key role in setting the tone and helping the clinic grow. You'll work closely with our leadership team to:

Build and establish the clinic from day one - taking it from a basic shell and creating a thriving health destination with a strong team around it.

Manage the day-to-day running of the clinic with warmth and professionalism

Support and grow a positive team culture where staff feel supported and inspired

Drive growth and help establish the clinic in the community

Assist with doctor recruitment and onboarding to build a strong clinical team

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards and safe clinical practices

Ensure patients enjoy an excellent experience each time they visit

About You

We're looking for someone who is not just experienced, but also passionate about people and community. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

Previous experience managing and developing GP clinics (essential)

First hand knowledge and experience in setting up a GP clinic from scratch (highly regarded)

Leadership skills that inspire trust, teamwork, and positivity

A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges

Strong organisational skills and a knack for building smooth systems

A genuine passion for helping clinics — and the people in them — to flourish
