The Crawford School of Public Policy is one of four Schools within CLGP and one of the world's leading public policy schools. The Crawford School is the University\'s focal point for contributing to public policy research, education and policy impact. Public policy scholarship at Crawford School is characterized by high quality, policy-relevant research across a range of disciplines.
RoleExecutive Education in Crawford School of Public Policy provides professional short courses to a range of key public and private sector markets in Australia and overseas. The Program Coordinator will provide project management support for the development and implementation of customised courses, working closely with the Manager, Executive Education after the completion of initial scoping and development phases.
Responsibilities- Work as a Program Coordinator in a collaborative and high-performing team, delivering outstanding learning experiences for our clients
- Hands-on coordinator role including hosting live sessions online using a range of learning tools, with a focus on client service and operational excellence
- Enjoy working with a variety of people, keeping multiple programs on track with excellent organisational and communication skills
We are seeking two Program Coordinators to work as part of a team to support the delivery of premium professional learning experiences. In this role you will provide outstanding administrative and operational support to deliver a variety of professional education projects contributing to the development, design, and evaluation of the executive education program. You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of activities and tasks with a wide range of stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you will be a strong communicator and collaborator with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You enjoy the challenge of solving problems to generate the best possible experience for your clients both within and outside of the university. You are highly organised and know how to work independently whilst valuing the collective strength of working as part of a team. Demonstrated experience in program delivery and events or communications management will be highly regarded.
